-MANAGE ARCHITECTURAL, DESIGN, CREATE DOCUMENTS FROM DESIGN TO CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.

-PROJECTS INCLUDE EDUCATION, COMMERCIAL, MIXED USE, RESIDENTIAL SINGLE AND MULTI FAMILY, ADU (ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNIT) AND THESE PROJECTS ARE REMODELS, ADDITIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION.

– Manage architectural projects, design, create all document types, respond to government comments concerning projects and fix drawings to comply with the building codes
– Consult with clients and consultants to complete the projects

– Broaden my portfolio in residential, industrial, assisted living, higher education and ecclesiastical projects
– Manage the IT network consisting of servers, workstations, printers and network components
– Answer questions associated with ArchiCAD, Windows, Microsoft Office and other software
