ADU's (ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNITS)

These small units were factory built units that would have several different site specific foundation systems based on the location and needs. I worked with the structural, mechanical and electrical engineers to put the sets together. We the Created California Pre Approved Statewide Set for the ADU designer company, with several different factory specifications. These ADU'S were Factory built and placed on site with Modal Living. We designed several site specific sets in Utah, California and other states.
