ICF HOUSE PROJECT

HOME BUILT IN LAYTON, UTAH Created construction documents as well as a few renders to give the client an idea of what the finish home should look like. Used ArchiCAD for the documents and 3D modeling and Twinmotion for the render. Exterior walls were 6" ICF's by Amvic for greater energy efficiency and strength, the front and rear porches are also an ICF system by Quad-Lock for slabs that allows for a tied monolithic type structure from wall to the slab for waterproofing and strength.

We are open for new home design and construction documents projects. Also looking for any PUD or mother-in-law separate dwelling units on existing lots. I am associated with a Design-Build construction company Thorup Building to help make things easier.
