BIMx is a app/program that works on IOS, Android, PC, and Mac. the apps can be downloaded from the BIMx downloads page or from the app stores.
A BIMx file is exported directly out of Archicad, then opened in the app. BIMx files are great for showing design to clients as the project progresses. It can also be used on the construction site to see the design intent in 3D and also view the construction documents. With the PRO version there can be markups and notes sent back to the design team.
